The seller is GPU ML AI Services LLC. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

What we deliver

We carry out the work described on the product page and send you a written report through your account. Each product page states the price, what we need from you and when you will get the report.

What the report is

The report is a record of a test run: what was run, on what, when, and the result. It is not a guarantee of any future result, on your hardware or any other. It covers only the checks it lists and says nothing about anything else, including the condition of a rented GPU or the service of the provider we rent it from.

We keep your report and results package for 10 years from delivery.

A GPU test has a flat price for its GPU class, shown before you pay. It includes the GPU rental and any repeat run we make. A setup we quote for separately has the price we confirm with you before you pay.

A GPU test ends in one of four outcomes. Pass, fail and inconclusive are all delivered work and are not refunded. Inconclusive means the run did not meet our test conditions, for example because of a fault in the rented GPU, and we repeat it once at our cost. Could not run means we could not rent your GPU model, and you get a full refund.

Refunds

Before work starts: a full refund.
If we cannot rent your GPU or start the work: a full refund.
After delivery: no refund.
Between the two: contact us and we will review your request in good faith.

Liability

Our total liability for an order is limited to the fee you paid for that order.
